To provide the combination we require BOTH the serial number and the key number. The key number can be found on either the key, or on the lock barrel.

PLEASE NOTE: the code we obtain is the code the safe left the factory with, a few models of royal safe have the ability to set the code manually, if this is the case we will not be able to issue a refund where the code has been changed.
It can take upto 48 hours to obtain the code, but is normally much quicker than this.
When we email the combination to you, we will include a work document with the user instructions.
